I had another opportunity to second shoot for Dan Thorson back in June and the entire day was stunning. It was such a blast and every detail was perfect.

Ah...what a dream it was to be able to capture some memories for the Ellens. This was my first TWIN newborn session so I was a bit nervous going into it until we started shooting. They were the sweetest babies and they're on their way to a modeling career...or the President/Vice President of the the United States, whichever they choose. #GirlPower

Cody, Trevor, Abbie & I all headed to Minneapolis for a night to go see Guns N Roses! Before we headed to the hotel we checked out a local put put joint, Can Can Wonderland. SERIOUSLY. This place was instagram heaven! I highly recommend going there. In fact, does anyone want their engagement session there? 😍

Have I mentioned how much I love lifestyle sessions?! I'll be honest, I'm completely obsessed.
"Brittany, what's a lifestyle session?"
Basically I come hang out with you and your family in your home. Weird? Not at all! Think about it. You're your most comfortable in your own home, right? I'm just there to document your real life as it's happening. The pictures are super intimate and shows so much more emotion than a set of unnatural poses.
I went to high school with Austin and Ashlee so it was a blast getting to hang out again with their new little family. Check out their newborn lifestyle section with their new addition, Oliver.
Have I mentioned how amazing my mentors are? Well they are.
I had an awesome opportunity to second shoot for Corey Gross last month and these are just a few of my favorite images from the day.
Ariana and Max were so in love and happy, not even the downpour during the ceremony could wipe the smiles off their faces. I think the coolest part of shooting weddings is capturing pure love and joy and they both had that radiating from them.

Take a look into a typical 4th of July weekend at Swan Lake with the family. No burns from fireworks this year, so I would say it was a win.
Oh, little Miss Evy Sue. I remember when your mama texted me to tell me the news she was expecting you. So many emotions! Your best friend, Otto, was currently cooking and you were only two months behind. I can't wait to see who you grow up to be. You're going to conquer the world, sweetie.
Evy's cake smash was a hit. She couldn't get enough of the sugar overload; I was pretty jealous. Mama went to give Evy a bath to clean up, and I HAD to ask if they had milk. I think they thought I was crazy, but boy was it worth it!
